Growing vegetable may sound boring, difficult, time consuming and complicated for some people especially in a world where every minute is in a rush but give it a try one by one; one plant every weekend shouldn’t take too much time. Here is the list of classic backyard plants that can be replanted after you eat them. It’s cost saving, fun, and you will be proud of your own super fresh and clean products.

 

Lettuce1. Lettuce

To make your own fresh lettuce is very simple as lettuce grows easily. After picking all of the leaves, keep the bottom part and soak it in a bowl with water, then place the bowl under the sun. In 3-4 days, you will see the roots growing and you can move your new-born lettuce back in the soil.

An ingredient often found in many healthy oriental dishes and sometimes, not easy to be found (in good shape) at the markets. Keep the bottom of the lemongrass after using them and leave them in a tall shape glass with some water at the bottom. After a week, you will see it revived again.
