The Medball sessions use a medicine ball to carry out full body exercises. A medicine ball is a wonderfully effective training tool because it challenges your core stability, helps to improve coordination, increases power and builds up strength. All levels are welcome at this class, so try something new and challenge yourself at Thanyapura’s Medball class!
