Piloxing Knockout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class which incorporates standing Pilates principles and Boxing.  It’s a 45-minute workout, a total body-workout influenced by plyometrics, sports conditioning drills and functional training. Increase your fitness level, burn calories, boost your confidence and strength, break boundaries and gain results. Knockout is a program that suits and challenges individuals of all fitness levels.

This class will have you experiencing the thrill and power of boxing – without risking a black eye! Piloxing combines the movements of Pilates and traditional boxing to provide a high-energy interval workout. Weighted gloves are used to help tone the arms, whilst energetic boxing moves improve cardiovascular fitness and Pilates movements help to sculpt the body and improve flexibility. The workout is very popular around the world and is enjoyed in over 90 countries by 1.5 million people every day.
