Initial Assessment and Nutritional Plan

Our nutritional service begins with a one-on-one assessment with the nutritionist. During this 60-minute session, our nutritionist will seek to gain a detailed understanding of your current eating and exercise habits. A body composition evaluation will also take place which will measure your weight, fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat and metabolic age. Our nutritionist will be able to answer any questions and advise accordingly. After the assessment, the nutritionist will revise all the information gathered and create a personalized nutrition plan according to your needs, goals and preferences.

In addition to our Nutritional Consultation, Thanyapura also offers Health Packages to help you meet your goals, while staying in our purpose built Garden Wing designed to provide a relaxing serene environment while you start your journey to a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
