July Update – Fitness

June has been a fairly busy month: our XFIT classes are starting to get busier and we are getting regular clients coming to class.

Here’s a peek at the high-intensity program led by our experienced XFIT coaches.

We have been making over the bird cage into our new XFIT room; with fresh paint and new equipment we’ll be ready to launch our paid classes in August.

For the month of July we will have XFit classes on Saturday mornings instead of Yoga to give our members some variety on the weekends.

Our fitness team has been trained to conduct fitness tests for members and guests. Pop in today and check where your fitness lies!
