8-Week Fat Burn & Body Transformation — the Results!

November saw the end of the first 8-week program for fat burn and body transformation. We had some amazing results and every member left us feeling revitalized with a new lease on life and the knowledge to go ahead and inspire others.

1WEEK4Patrick, our poster boy, managed to lose a whopping 6% body fat and gain a great amount of muscle, truly transforming his body. He is now loving having fitness a part of his life. “Things that I like, I want more,” he says. “Exercising leads to more exercise. I think I have reached this point now.” You can read his blog posts here.

Another round started the following week and we are looking forward to guiding these action takers through their life-changing journeys towards fitter, healthier lifestyles.

Our next round will start January 8th and is already open for pre-registration. We are limited to 12 people, so get in early to avoid disappointment!

We would like to extend a massive “Well done!” to Reza Khalli who has totally embraced his new fitness challenges and managed to fit them in alongside working a busy job and looking after his 2 young twins. Reza has lost nearly 7 kilos and has become a true inspiration to others in the gym looking to follow in his footsteps, Great Job Reza!

Don’t overthink your training! There is no secret that you are missing that the others have figured out, there is no one exercise or food that is going to be the difference between where you are now and where you want to get to.

Getting results is all about consistency. If you continue to do the basic things that you know are good, you stand a much better chance of achieving your dreams. This is also much more likely to be sustainable and therefore life-long.

Remember, sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest results, Start with focusing on better choices rather than “the right thing”. Baby steps are the way to long-term success.

One thing I’ve learned: Something that has helped me a lot this month is making myself fully accountable for my success or failure. There is nobody else to blame or thank in fitness; sure, a trainer will help along the way, but only you can control yourself for the other 23 hours of the day.

If you are mentally ready to achieve awesomeness, the first step is becoming the master of your actions. Nobody can force you to skip a workout or eat something you probably shouldn’t. You will either find an excuse or find a way to make it work.
