October Update – Fitness

New classes hit our gym timetable this month:

Body Max is an overall workout for the body — a combination of high intensity interval training, functional training, weight lifting and a lot of sports movements.

CORE will work your core, abdominal and stability muscles.

We have added new classes at night as well as on the weekends to cater to everybody’s fitness needs and schedules. New one-on-one Power Plate classes with Coach A are also available from the Club Services menu.

Come on in and get fit!
